March went up a notch with just mainly run training .In fact 252 km or 36 hours and the longest runs were now3-4 hours.There was at the beginning of March a weekend at Ballingup camping and doing the Trails of Kings and Queen Running Festival.
Great location and tough 30 km course but got it done with lots of vert and a weekend of camping and running.Enjoyed the tough weekend especially camping .Managed a significant amount of running on the 3 days and meditating in a beautiful part of WA
Lots of meditation and just a few hours of strength training with a few sessions when possible of Yoga.
But overall nearly 40 hours of training .
