Third week of training as the long run gets a little longer . This week a slight switch to training.
Monday Work out at Kings Park with 15 mins warm up then 1 hour of Kokoda .Managed 7 repeats for 428 m and then ran back to the office for about 8 kms
Tuesday . Just a wind trainer session in the gym 30 minutes and 13km .In the evening a cardio session for 30 minutes .
Wednesday . Easy 10 minutes followed by hard 40 minutes at as close to 5 min pace and then 10 minutes cool down .Did 11 km . Felt tired but managed the session at an average pace of 5.33 mins per km.
In the evening rode an easy 45 mins for 21 kms on Zwift
ThursdayEasy 5km run and then zwift for 50 mins and 30kms
Friday Same 5km easy run in the evening.
Saturday Ride with CRT round the river and to North Perth for 75km .
Sunday Long Run at Reabold Hill did 21km with 7 repeats up to the Reabold Lookout which was a 1.7km loop from the bottom to the top . But only managed about 550m of elevation so lot more repeats next week .
total : 52km running under 7 hours
Bike : 139km or 5 hours
