Week 40 & 41 Tapering

 The last 2 weeks before WTF 100 miler. The training has dropped significantly with the last long runs last weekend . The longest runs were 2 hours and they were easy runs at John Forrest National Park .Explored new sections of the Park . Great 2 and a bit weeks really enjoying the recovery and looking forward to the race. The meditation has helped with an average of an hour a day spread in 10 min to 25 mins mainly in the car and before and after work.

The last week was just a short 1 hour run and then a speed session of 5km at 80% effort which I did on Monday followed by 30 mins easy run 6mins and walk 3 mins and again on Friday before the race with an hours walk on the Wednesday. Felt good and confident going into the WTF but totally aware of the toughness of the race.Rest Day: Rest Day
