Taper : 7 June - 25 June Week 28-29

 After race for the ages there was a three week period as the workload dropped in preparation for Goose. The Calendar of training below succinctly describes the sessions .Just as intense but the volume is dropping off . Started to prepare by writing a checklist and getting all the clothing, equipment together . Still there is lots that can go wrong and would. I also upped the meditation as suggested. 


The last week was really just 2 hours of running and walking.
