PLANS
After the disappointment of the weekend ,it was a time of self reflection and learning the true meaning of the word equanimity. Despite the many lessons learnt in failure , it remains a hurt and a pain hard to overcome other then appreciating in the scheme of everything else around , there is lots to be thankful. The process of meditation has been a significant assistance to learn to accept the outcome.
Acceptance and understanding , forgiveness , moving forward , and yes equanimity all help the healing. Lots of meditation as the first week was just walking .
First week after the Goose I had just 3 easy walks and over 5 hours of meditation.
Second week : 3 walks and one run for 4 hours and nearly 8 hours of meditation and some bike and strength work .Looking at getting a proper strength programme to help with preparation for WTF 100 miler in 10 weeks
